What you will do

• Lead underwriting by managing complex risks and detailed referrals.
• Drive the financial plan and ensure accelerated growth of the Media sector book.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for growth through pricing, product innovation, and distribution.
• Develop and expand strategic relationships with brokers, associations, and buying groups.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of underwriters.
• Maintain policy wordings and Technical Underwriting Guides.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in media underwriting with a proven track record.
• Demonstrable success in business development and profitable growth.
• Strong technical underwriting skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to deliver results through others.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
• ACII qualified or exempt through relevant experience.
