What you will do

• Prepare raw materials and verify weights, types, and batch numbers.
• Operate mixers following process instructions, including sampling and unloading.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and visual standards.
• Manage packaging of final products and ensure labeling accuracy.
• Maintain clean machinery and work areas in accordance with company standards.
• Implement and comply with all legal and company EHS policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or basic educational degree.
• 2+ years of experience as a Production Operator or 3+ years in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of chemical mixing and packaging processes.
• Basic English proficiency.
