What you will do

• Plan and execute cost-effective quality processes to ensure contractual requirements are met or exceeded.
• Drive critical quality decisions and lead cross-functional teams through problem-solving activities.
• Conduct failure analysis, root cause and corrective action analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Develop comprehensive Quality plans for receiving inspection, assembly, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with global partners, customers, and suppliers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Use statistical analysis to reduce inspection costs and prevent failure-related expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a STEM field.
• 8 years of professional experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.
• 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools and technical documentation.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Tewkesbury, UK.
