What you will do

• Execute detailed assembly and testing of high-spec aerospace products to tight tolerances.
• Perform cleaning, flow matching, wire locking, and finishing processes.
• Conduct fault finding and diagnosis of issues in units.
• Disassemble units for rework and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Record data accurately according to approved documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production/assembly, preferably in aerospace or a comparable high-spec industry.
• Strong proficiency with hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
• Experience in diagnostic and fault-finding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Tewkesbury, GBR.
