Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 a year

What you will do

• Inspect electronic sub-assemblies, cables, and hardware assemblies according to internal specifications and customer requirements.
• Document and communicate deviations relating to process, product, form, fit, and function.
• Conduct testing of completed products using mechanical and electrical test equipment and software.
• Develop and update product or process standards in collaboration with respective departments.
• Collect and analyze quality data, metrics, and reports to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• A-Level education or equivalent vocational qualification.
• 2 years of experience in mechanical quality inspection or a related field.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware or networking.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications.
• Legal right to work in the UK at the time of application (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to perform manual handling, including lifting items up to 20kg.
