What you will do

• Develop Agency platform features, including partner tooling and API services using PHP.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows and integrate LLM-powered capabilities into core features.
• Build and iterate on Python-based AI agents to automate partner operations.
• Modernize legacy codebases and evolve features to be more scalable and configurable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Product and Design teams and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a backend software engineering role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of scaling SaaS systems.
• Experience writing production-grade code in PHP following industry standards.
• Experience with Python for backend services or AI/agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic workflows.
• Advanced database expertise in query optimization, data modeling, and schema design.
• Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with API design and developing platform/partner ecosystems.
