What you will do

• Own the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Develop and evolve the forecasting product based on direct customer feedback and discovery calls.
• Enhance core Admin Platform services, including authentication, users, settings, and configurations.
• Design and build high-performance, low-latency APIs and systems that scale efficiently.
• Ensure production stability by implementing robust alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Promote and adhere to software design and development best practices within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with backend systems in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience programming in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with enterprise-grade stacks, including messaging brokers, in-memory storage, key-value databases, and SQL/RDBMS.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, unit testing, and automated test paradigms.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with large-scale data processing using Spark.
• AWS experience and a DevOps mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
