Senior .NET Developer (SaaS): Designing and building resilient, cloud-native import/export services for the One platform with an accent on high-volume data processing and system reliability. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)
Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN

What you will do
- Design and implement architecture for cloud-native import/export services meeting strict SLO/SLA targets.
- Decompose complex technical problems into resilient, scalable designs.
- Lead on-call procedures, RCAs, and proactive issue resolution to reduce MTTR.
- Optimize CI/CD automation to ensure predictable and compliant deployments.
- Mentor team members on code quality, technical debt management, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product teams to shape the roadmap through data-backed decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping C#/.NET services with measurable reliability or performance gains.
- Proven experience in architecture for distributed SaaS systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native delivery (Azure preferred).
- Strong background in production ownership, including on-call rotations and telemetry usage.
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation, automated testing, and deployment governance.
- English fluency for technical communication is required.
Nice to have
- Experience leading microservice development for high-volume event-driven workloads.
- Background in scaling ingestion or ETL data pipelines.
- Experience mentoring teams in agile planning and cross-team collaboration.
