What you will do

• Define and implement work plans to achieve required product reliability levels.
• Coach, mentor, manage, and recruit team members for the GaN reliability function.
• Influence GaN technology development activities from a reliability perspective.
• Carry out product testing and detailed failure analysis related to device reliability.
• Develop capabilities for people and equipment to align with the technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices, specifically wide band gap GaN HEMTs.
• Proven track record of accomplishment in an engineering or technology management role.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools such as JMP, MATLAB, or Minitab.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
