What you will do

• Perform inspections of machines and electrical-mechanical assemblies following manufacturer procedures.
• Provide technical support and training for preventive and reactive maintenance teams.
• Analyze breakdowns and downtime using SAP/CMMS to implement solutions via ZFA and RCFA.
• Apply predictive diagnostics such as thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and gearbox alignment.
• Create lubrication routes and implement automatic lubrication systems.
• Organize and lead maintenance projects and plant shutdown works.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
• Advanced English and proficiency in either French or German.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CMMS/SAP for maintenance planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of reliability improvement methods.
