What you will do
- Perform inspections of machines and electrical-mechanical assemblies following manufacturer procedures.
- Provide technical support and training for preventive and reactive maintenance teams.
- Analyze breakdowns and downtime using SAP/CMMS to implement solutions via ZFA and RCFA.
- Apply predictive diagnostics such as thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and gearbox alignment.
- Create lubrication routes and implement automatic lubrication systems.
- Organize and lead maintenance projects and plant shutdown works.
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
- Advanced English and proficiency in either French or German.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CMMS/SAP for maintenance planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of reliability improvement methods.
