What you will do

• Support the preparation and execution of country Commercial Plans.
• Manage assortment performance, including implementation of novelties, extensions, and delistings.
• Analyze monthly sales and margin performance by vendor, brand, and SKU.
• Manage promotional mechanics, forecasting, and performance reporting using the A&P tool.
• Coordinate pricing policy validations and track PAX profiles.
• Monitor POs, supply timelines, and inventory in coordination with the Supply Chain platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid Office.
• Strong analytical and financial problem-solving capabilities to derive well-supported conclusions.
• Proven ability to build and enhance financial models.
• Expertise in data extraction and interpretation across multiple systems.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

• Previous experience in Travel Retail.
