Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA (at least 2 days/week in office). Role is not visa-eligible.

Salary: $88,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and build integrations and automations using iPaaS (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi) and APIs across SaaS stack.
• Partner with business teams to create scalable, secure workflows and AI-powered flows for data classification, summarization, and routing.
• Develop and support internal AI assistants/agents connected to systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, HR, and Finance tools.
• Own troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement of integrations and AI workflows.
• Provide input on automation architecture, evangelize best practices, and collaborate on roadmaps with product owners and leaders.
• Review and approve designs, documentation, and testing by junior/mid-level team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Software/Integration Engineer, 3+ years on iPaaS (Workato preferred; Boomi/MuleSoft OK).
• Experience integrating SaaS apps (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Gainsight, Zendesk, Marketo).
• Strong APIs/data skills (REST, JSON, webhooks, SQL) and scripting (JavaScript/Python).
• Hands-on with LLM/AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and concepts (RAG, embeddings, prompt design).
• Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Builder mindset, business-focused, strong collaborator across IT, HR, Finance, GTM, Security, Data teams.
