Senior Product Owner (Stockbroking): Leading the Stockbroking Lab to deliver end-to-end stockbroking journeys across back-end systems and online experiences with an accent on compliance, resilience, and innovation. Location: Leeds or Edinburgh. Hybrid working: at least two days per week (40% of time) in the office.

Salary: £106,565 - £125,370

What you will do

• Lead the high-performing Stockbroking Lab team to maintain platform compliance, resilience, and pace.
• Champion innovation, manage risks, and engage senior partners to set expectations and deliver outcomes.
• Own delivery against OKRs, coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners, and prioritise backlogs rigorously.
• Embed nonfunctional standards like robustness, performance, scalability, and usability.
• Cultivate a test-and-learn culture with prototypes, MVPs, and early validation.

Requirements

• Experience in CX, UI/UX development, and digital transformation from discovery to live.
• Delivering at scale in Agile environments across multiple workstreams with backlog prioritisation.
• Leading teams to adopt new technologies, defining guardrails, and embedding practices.
• Collaborating with engineering, operations, risk/compliance, and commercial teams.
• Handling budgets, influencing stakeholders, and resolving cross-team dependencies and risks.
