What you will do

• Lead implementation and operation of IT infrastructure from hardware to AI tooling.
• Administer AI platforms company-wide, managing access, policies, integrations, and costs.
• Implement device and application management policies with People and Legal teams.
• Own SaaS applications including AI productivity and developer tools.
• Architect strategies for applications and AI integration.
• Audit and optimize SaaS/AI portfolio for security, automation, and scalability.
• Maintain office collaboration infrastructure for seamless remote and in-person connectivity.
• Drive adoption of new IT features and onboard users effectively.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools for adoption or deprecation.

Requirements

• 2+ years in system administration or engineering
• Expertise in Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub
• Hands-on with AI platforms like Claude, ChatGPT (access, monitoring, policies)
• Ability to manage multiple projects with coding in JavaScript, Python, or Go
• Strong project/task management
• Comfort in fast-paced remote environment

• Building automations with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI)
• REST APIs with OAuth, JWT, API keys
• Google Workspace Administrator certification
• GCP or cloud experience
• Slack Admin certification
• AI security/compliance knowledge
