Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own and drive the global social media strategy, aligning it with business goals and brand reputation.
• Lead content planning and manage editorial calendars for campaigns and key initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end content execution, including copy, creative, and publishing across all platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold standards for content quality and performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to support product launches, company updates, and executive communications.
• Manage analytics and reporting, using performance insights to continuously optimize strategy.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B social media experience.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form and long-form video content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
• Location: Based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva software.
• B2B public relations and social media experience related to technology products, IT, or software.
