Salary: $108,000 — $148,500 USD / $110,000 — $121,000 CAD

What you will do
- Train, maintain, and improve the website's AI assistant to ensure a personalized user experience.
- Develop and manage a content governance strategy to ensure information is accurate and on-brand.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to align the AI assistant's look and feel with brand identity.
- Create and distribute regular performance reports on conversational marketing efforts for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze key metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Propose and implement A/B tests to optimize KPIs such as engagement rates and lead generation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on analytics or content management.
- Proven experience in creating and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto.
Nice to have
- Direct experience managing and training AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
