What you will do

• Train, maintain, and improve the website's AI assistant to ensure a personalized user experience.
• Develop and manage a content governance strategy to ensure information is accurate and on-brand.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to align the AI assistant's look and feel with brand identity.
• Create and distribute regular performance reports on conversational marketing efforts for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze key metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
• Propose and implement A/B tests to optimize KPIs such as engagement rates and lead generation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on analytics or content management.
• Proven experience in creating and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Direct experience managing and training AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants.
