Salary: $129,200 – $174,800 CAD

What you will do

• Develop advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to enhance customer experience.
• Create LLM-based solutions to drive efficiency and time savings for legal clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and data science teams to identify and implement new ML-driven features.
• Operate within an agile environment alongside MLOps and fullstack developers across diverse projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with traditional machine learning, NLP, and transformer-based models.
• Proficiency in cleaning and preprocessing complex unstructured datasets.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and workflows.
• Experience working with open-source LLM foundation models and commercial APIs like ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec).
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust with internal teams and external customers.
