What you will do

• Work closely with development team to integrate data science into hirify.global’s core product.
• Deliver high-quality data science for strategic clients and new capabilities.
• Support junior data scientists with feedback and act as a sounding board.
• Develop and deliver new data science methods for key analytic goals.
• Stay up-to-date on latest innovations in data science and AI to deepen skills.
• Provide input and collaborate on the forward Data Science work programme.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in quantitative discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science or similar) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience using statistical analysis and machine learning models for actionable insights.
• Technical leadership skills to coordinate full data science project life cycles.
• Clear full background check required.
