What you will do

• Lead production for champion-centric development, including gameplay and cosmetic content such as skins and store systems.
• Drive execution across multi-discipline character asset pipelines involving modeling, rigging, and animation.
• Develop long-term strategies for champion production and pipeline scalability.
• Manage complex dependencies across various teams and global co-development partners.
• Mentor and manage a diverse group of individual contributors and other managers.
• Partner with art, design, and engineering leadership to define quality standards and execution expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in game development throughout the full development life cycle.
• Minimum 4 years of direct people management experience.
• Proven experience with character or asset production pipelines.
• Familiarity with League of Legends or similar MOBA/live-service games.
• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, USA

• Experience delivering AAA gameplay experiences with cross-functional teams.
