TL;DR

Focus on building scalable training assets, orchestrating large-scale sales events, and leveraging AI and gamification to improve sales performance.

Location: Remote from France, Spain, Belgium, or Canada

What you will do

  • Identify gaps in sales skills and performance through extensive field research.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs covering sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environments, and product mastery.
  • Build scalable training assets and creative content leveraging internal experts, AI, and gamification.
  • Orchestrate flagship large-scale events, such as Sales Kick-Off and Back to School, for over 100 professionals.
  • Manage onboarding and change management processes as the organization expands into new countries and products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D or as a sales professional.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid business acumen and a KPI-driven mindset.
  • Strong Learning & Development skills and excellent communication.
  • Must be based in France, Belgium, Spain, or Canada.
