Location: Remote, flexible location, but must be able to work East Coast hours

Salary: $85,000 – $106,000

What you will do

• Conduct analytic work on global policy topics, including trade, geopolitics, energy markets, and infrastructure finance.
• Collaborate with regional advocacy teams in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Africa to advance international policy priorities.
• Evaluate policy trends and develop advocacy strategies for multilateral and interregional levels.
• Represent the organization in public fora and create content such as blogs, reports, and white papers.
• Coordinate cross-regional work across programs and support fundraising efforts, including grant writing.

Requirements

• BSc/BA degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in energy/climate policy or a related field.
• Proven experience in policy research and writing, preferably for advocacy purposes.
• Experience in international relations or energy markets.
• Must be authorized to work in your country of residence.
