What you will do

  • Maintain and update RAID logs, project tracking tools, and master repositories for accuracy.
  • Track deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables across HR teams like Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Follow up with stakeholders for progress updates and timely task completion.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and manage action items.
  • Update tasks in JIRA, organize documentation in SharePoint, and support UAT coordination.
  • Assist with data collection for go-live activities and requirements documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in project coordination, PMO support, or administrative project roles in corporate/consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of project tracking (tasks, timelines, dependencies).
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and advanced organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to HRIS/HCM system transformations.
  • Familiarity with large-scale human capital management systems.
  • Experience supporting UAT or structured project testing.
