Project Manager (Capital Markets)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, governance, risk management, and closure.
• Manage project dependencies and align delivery with enterprise change management initiatives.
• Partner with Capital Markets Trading, Analytics, Finance, Risk, Technology, and other business functions to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate project status, financials, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support regulatory-driven programs while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.
• Use Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams to maintain plans, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in Financial Services or Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and trading environments.
• Experience delivering regulatory, strategic, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead projects in a matrixed organization and collaborate across multiple business units.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with Regulatory Change initiatives.
• Experience supporting Market Risk and/or Model Development projects.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with large financial institutions or investment banking organizations.
