What you will do

• Lead UX rituals, meetings, and ensure the team understands product vision and goals.
• Guide and mentor 1-2 junior UX designers on large-scale engagements.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to solve complex business challenges using Agile practices.
• Present design decisions and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Establish and manage engagement tools such as Figma and FigJam.
• Participate in technical UX interviews and develop internal training practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing UX position.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting.
• Expertise in working with complex digital products and business logic.
• Experience leading and influencing teams and executive stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
