What you will do

• Lead UX rituals and meetings, ensuring the team understands product vision, goals, and user types.
• Guide and mentor 1-2 UX designers on larger engagements.
• Present and explain design decisions and recommendations to client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management to solve complex business challenges.
• Manage engagement tools like Figma and FigJam and establish UX processes for the team.
• Contribute to internal training, technical UX interviews, and publish professional UX content.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing UX position.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise in complex digital products, business logic, and organizational leadership.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
• English: Proficiency required for daily communication in a global team.
