What you will do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic software issues on commercial fitness equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and accurately document work, parts, and warranty status.
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Provide repair estimates and coordinate with dispatch or inside sales for parts and quotations.
• Communicate professional timelines and next steps to clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve equipment uptime and meet SLAs.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical or electro-mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills in the field.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps, CRM systems, or digital work-order platforms.
• Experience in commercial fitness equipment or similar field service roles preferred.
