Advertising Sales Executive (Media): Drive revenue through proactive selling of hirify.global Media’s spot and non-spot advertising propositions with an accent on campaign planning, delivery, and agency relationship management. Focus on end-to-end campaign oversight, performance analysis, strategic trading, and cross-team collaboration to achieve commercial objectives.

Location: Hybrid with 3 days a week onsite in Osterley campus (London)

What you will do

  • Evangelise hirify.global Media’s full proposition to agency partners through proactive selling, relationship-building, and revenue delivery with regular face-to-face engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end spot campaign planning, delivery, post-campaign analysis, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop trusted agency relationships, resolve conflicts, negotiate outcomes, and support sales with data-driven rationale.
  • Collaborate with Addressable Sales teams to drive growth in non-spot products like AdSmart, VOD, and Digital.
  • Support strategic trading, planning, and internal/client meetings; manage communications and operational leads across multiple campaigns.
  • Solve cross-team dependencies with onshore and offshore teams in complex delivery scenarios.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in media, advertising, or sales environment with revenue-driving commercial activity.
  • Solid understanding of media buying calculations including CPMs, CPTs, delivery pacing, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Ownership of campaigns: briefing, setup, monitoring, risk identification, and optimisation.
  • Experience in revenue-focused environment understanding campaign contributions to commercial objectives.
