What you will do

• Act as the voice of the client, ensuring best agency experience and growing the relationship through unrivalled work.
• Understand client business, SOW, KPIs, and overall plan to support growth and delivery.
• Oversee financial interactions, resolve issues, and maintain strong commercial relationships.
• Guide EU and local teams on processes, quality control deliverables, and strategic responses to client requests.
• Own day-to-day and senior client relationships, fostering innovation in content, digital, tech, and data.
• Drive data-driven campaigns, utilize WPP Open for planning and optimization, and collaborate for seamless delivery.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of agency operations, client business/category, and problem-solving with proactive feedback loops.
• Ability to harvest insights from data for client benefit.
• Proven E2E management of multi-market campaigns, key launches within scope/budget, and productive client meetings.
• Entertainment category and multi-market experience.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment with partnership focus; contribute to global net sales growth.
• Must have right to work in the UK.
