TL;DR

People Operations Specialist (HR/Recruiting Ops): Supporting and scaling systems and processes that power the team with an accent on HR operational rigor and recruiting workflows. Focus on maintaining HRIS/ATS data integrity, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, and tracking recruiting metrics.

Location: U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance are required

What you will do

  • Manage core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain accuracy of employee data within HRIS and assist with compliance documentation and audits.
  • Support recruiting workflows from sourcing through the offer stage.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity and coordinate interview scheduling to improve candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Support internal communications and drive operational process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Recruiting Operations.
  • Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Rippling).
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and supporting technical recruiting teams.
  • Exposure to multi-state employment practices and compliance.
