TL;DR

Salary: $208,000 - $290,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for all Identity Risk Solutions, including dashboards, APIs, and partner integrations.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Build and prioritize a multi-release feature roadmap and influence strategic decisions with executives.
  • Represent the company as a product expert in customer meetings, industry events, and community platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience building risk, fraud prevention, and identity verification products.
  • Strong expertise in fraud detection frameworks, including threat modeling, risk scoring, and anomaly detection.
  • Ability to engage in deep technical discussions regarding system architecture and AI model capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting ecosystems, including ATS systems and hiring compliance.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to the US (specifically Denver or San Francisco).
