What you will do

  • Direct end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and success criteria.
  • Define project goals and deliverables while bridging the gap between internal teams and external partners/customers.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and establish governance, including roles, responsibilities, and communication cadences.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and tracking artifacts.
  • Manage resource allocation, critical path dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks and scope changes.
  • Facilitate professional customer communications and conduct retrospectives to improve delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • PMP certification (PMI) is required.
  • 5–10+ years of customer-facing project management experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Experience in call center/contact center environments, specifically within the telephony or call recording industry.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-facing interactions.
