What you will do
- Direct end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and success criteria.
- Define project goals and deliverables while bridging the gap between internal teams and external partners/customers.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and establish governance, including roles, responsibilities, and communication cadences.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and tracking artifacts.
- Manage resource allocation, critical path dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks and scope changes.
- Facilitate professional customer communications and conduct retrospectives to improve delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- PMP certification (PMI) is required.
- 5–10+ years of customer-facing project management experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Experience in call center/contact center environments, specifically within the telephony or call recording industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-facing interactions.
