What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale on-premises, hybrid, and cloud contact center implementations.
• Manage project financials, including revenue recognition, cost tracking, and gross margin targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans using MS Project, focusing on critical path analysis.
• Manage project risks, issues, and formal change management processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in a VAR or systems integrator environment.
• Proven experience delivering Contact Center and Unified Communications solutions.
• Strong expertise in managing project financials and margin performance.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
