What you will do

• Implement, support, and maintain enterprise-level Citrix environments, including servers, ADCs, and related infrastructure.
• Configure and manage CVAD (2203+), StoreFront, FsLogix, PVS, and MCS.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex Citrix support and technical troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
• Identify and execute opportunities to standardize, optimize, and automate existing infrastructure processes.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations to ensure client needs are met.
• Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis and share findings to improve overall team expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Citrix Virtualization Engineer/Administrator in large-scale environments (2,000+ users).
• Required certification: CCA-V – Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Cloud and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of Citrix architectural dependencies and industry best practices.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications: CCEE, CCP-V, CCE-V, or CCP-N.
• Experience working within a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
