What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for quality-related topics for assigned products and production processes.
• Analyze and manage internal quality deviations, deciding on rework or product release.
• Ensure product quality by performing checks at defined inspection points before shipment.
• Create and maintain quality documentation, reports, and deviation records.
• Drive continuous improvement activities by tracking quality measures and supporting problem-solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to strengthen quality awareness through training.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or natural sciences.
• Professional experience in the production of technical products or industrial quality functions.
• Hands-on knowledge of quality methods: 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, SPC, and FMEA.
• Ability to read, analyze, and assess technical drawings and specifications.
• Fluency in both English and German for collaboration with international and local teams.
• Solid knowledge of quality management methods such as Six Sigma or PDCA.
