What you will do

• Lead a team of 5 London-based investment specialists and oversee offshore partners.
• Drive commercial growth by owning the AAIS contribution to net flows and consultant engagement.
• Establish frameworks, standards, and prioritisation logic for investment outputs.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Distribution leaders to represent the Asset Allocation vision.
• Oversee the integration of AI and technology usage across the specialist team.
• Manage key projects through effective delegation and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership or management experience within the investment industry.
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset investments.
• Ability to translate complex investment ideas into clear, client-friendly language.
• Experience with Python and/or MS Copilot.
• Strong judgement in strategic planning and delivery.
• Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid)
