What you will do

• Forge and maintain relationships with external stakeholders like bankers and asset managers to drive financing discussions.
• Oversee liquidity forecasting, stress-testing, treasury policy design, and reporting.
• Build cash flow forecasting models and monitor key treasury metrics with FP&A.
• Manage day-to-day cash in FX and counterparties, plus risk management for business needs.
• Drive banking efficiencies, implement treasury systems, and optimize capital structure.
• Develop FX operations, hedging strategies, and treasury reports for executives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Treasury operations.
• Prior experience in treasury operations at a global Fintech platform.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management systems.
• Experience building scalable infrastructure and driving process improvements in growing Finance organizations.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with executives; excellent verbal and written skills.
