What you will do

• Set up new suppliers, ensuring robust processes, system integration, training, and carrier setup.
• Provide ongoing vendor support, resolve issues, monitor stock, and maintain carrier relationships.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams, vendors, and carriers to deliver improvements and QBR initiatives.
• Conduct site audits of carriers and suppliers to ensure compliance and identify enhancements.
• Oversee customer delivery performance, capacity planning for events and seasonality.

Requirements

• Background in logistics with strong understanding of operational processes.
• Customer-focused approach, tenacious and proactive attitude.
