What you will do
- Coordinate with supply chain, operations, quality, and engineering to meet customer needs and ensure material availability.
- Determine site priorities and communicate to leadership; represent supply chain in S&OP processes.
- Oversee PO placement per terms, contracts, and regulations.
- Drive upstream supplier integration including demand visibility, lean materials management, and procurement automation.
- Monitor obsolescence to minimize disruptions and costs.
- Represent supply chain in site leadership reviews, audits, and assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Material Management, Engineering or related + >7 years progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing.
- >5 years in supervisory/management position.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic perspective for long lead times and technical supplier challenges.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to regulated environment.
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance required; familiarity with customers, products, processes, and suppliers.
- Willingness to travel to suppliers and customers.
