What you will do
- Develop brand social channel strategies and comprehensive content calendars, specifically for the oral care sector.
- Manage social conversations by actively listening and responding to consumers and influencers on-brand.
- Create compelling copy for organic and paid content, ensuring all output is platform-native.
- Identify cultural trends and "golden nugget" opportunities to inject brands into the zeitgeist.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencer agencies for production and planning.
- Partner with clients to refine Tone of Voice and interrogate briefs for creative teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media marketing, either agency or client-side.
- Native proficiency in Italian and fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience working with FMCG, food, beauty, or homecare brands.
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder and client management.
Nice to have
- Curiosity and experience with the integration of Gen AI tools.
- Deep understanding of current digital trends and popular culture.
