What you will do

• Develop brand social channel strategies and comprehensive content calendars, specifically for the oral care sector.
• Manage social conversations by actively listening and responding to consumers and influencers on-brand.
• Create compelling copy for organic and paid content, ensuring all output is platform-native.
• Identify cultural trends and "golden nugget" opportunities to inject brands into the zeitgeist.
• Collaborate with content creators and influencer agencies for production and planning.
• Partner with clients to refine Tone of Voice and interrogate briefs for creative teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media marketing, either agency or client-side.
• Native proficiency in Italian and fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience working with FMCG, food, beauty, or homecare brands.
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder and client management.
