What you will do

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new affiliate partners within the Italian market.
• Negotiate and execute commercial deals to drive registrations and first-time depositors (FTDs).
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyzing KPIs such as traffic quality, FTDs, NGR, and ROI.
• Optimize deals and placements to maximize performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Italian iGaming or sports betting market.
• Strong expertise in affiliate marketing, particularly SEO-led affiliate models.
• Established network of affiliate partners within Italy.
• Proven track record of driving high-quality FTDs and customer acquisition.
• Analytical approach with the ability to assess performance and optimize ROI.
• Resume must be uploaded in English.
