What you will do

• Lead the VIP CRM strategy across sportsbook and casino in Italy to drive retention and player value.
• Manage direct, high-touch personalized relationships with VIP customers.
• Execute promotional and bonus strategies and deliver tailored rewards and exclusive experiences.
• Set up CRM communications across email, push, and in-platform channels using Optimove.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to optimize registration, KYC, and deposit funnels.
• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with Responsible Gaming and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Italian iGaming or sports betting market.
• Strong expertise in VIP management, retention strategies, and bonus mechanics for high-value players.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, specifically Optimove.
• Commercial mindset focused on NGR, LTV, and sustainable growth.
• Resume must be submitted in English.
• Must be able to work onsite in Milan/Cologno Monzese, Italy.
