What you will do
- Develop and execute commercial strategies within POS acquiring and embedded payment solutions to drive growth.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with large merchants and strategic partners to expand market presence.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts and high-level stakeholders.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements within the payments ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Serve as a payment sales coach for other sales teams to elevate collective performance.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in business development within the payments or fintech sectors.
- Proven expertise in POS acquiring and payment processing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of card schemes, specifically Bancontact, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Established network within the payments industry to accelerate growth.
- Extensive experience with enterprise sales and managing complex sales cycles.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Dutch is a significant plus.
