What you will do

• Manage technical and administrative pre-production logistics, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
• Assess and modify technical riders to align with budgetary targets and identify efficiencies.
• Build and maintain production budgets and monitor local operational spends.
• Manage invoices and close event P&Ls.
• Lead due diligence on key partners and develop long-term national deals for geographical expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• Native/Fluent Polish and strong English proficiency.
• Proven track record of producing events with strong data analysis skills.
• Established network of vendors and venues.
• Understanding of technical production requirements and permitting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
