Senior Technical Project Manager (Engineering)

Location: Gliwice, Poland; the role includes international travel and long-term site assignments across Europe.

What you will do

• Support technical planning, tendering, quotations, erection concepts, assembly strategies, prefabrication, sequencing, tooling, staffing plans, and HSE measures.
• Lead site campaigns within defined battery limits and represent hirify.global to customers, authorities, subcontractors, and partners.
• Manage and coordinate site teams and subcontractors through execution and handover to commissioning.
• Control work against contracts, schedules, erection plans, technical documentation, material availability, and project requirements.
• Coordinate quality controls, inspections, defect management, approvals, QHSE compliance, and as-built documentation.
• Monitor time-and-material work, claims, additional costs, risks, deviations, acceptance protocols, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or comparable technician or master craftsman experience.
• At least 7 years of experience leading erection campaigns for boiler pressure parts and pipework packages.
• Experience coordinating construction and installation contracts, subcontractors, and complex industrial-site activities.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, including site reports, installation concepts, and HSE documents.
• Assertive, communicative, independent, solution-oriented leadership with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent Polish is required; good command of English and/or German, confident use of MS Office and common software tools, and high mobility for international assignments.

Nice to have

• Experience with incineration grates, preferably in industrial boiler projects.
