What you will do

• Plan and structure project site campaigns, including erection concepts, assembly strategies, and personnel histograms.
• Lead site campaigns and represent the company to customers, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Manage and coordinate site teams and subcontractors from execution through to handover.
• Oversee QHSE compliance, quality controls, and maintain detailed technical as-built documentation.
• Control commercial aspects, including time and material works, claims management, and risk reporting.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 7+ years of experience leading erection campaigns for boiler pressure parts and pipework.
• Proven track record in coordinating construction contracts and managing subcontractors on complex industrial sites.
• Fluency in Polish and a good command of English and/or German.
• Ability to undertake long-term site assignments across Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with incineration grates within industrial boiler projects.
