Technical Project Manager (Energy from Waste): Planning and optimizing erection concepts and site execution for waste-to-energy infrastructure with an accent on operational control, procurement, and HSE compliance. Location: Gliwice, Poland, with international travel and extended site assignments across Europe

What you will do
- Plan and optimize erection concepts, construction sequences, schedules, site infrastructure, and large equipment usage.
- Manage Europe-wide site and service execution, monitor progress, and prepare performance reports.
- Lead operational and financial control, including business process development, forecasting, cash flow, and site campaign performance.
- Coordinate workforce deployment, logistics, accommodation, transport, permits, tools, materials, and IT access.
- Prepare erection offers and calculations, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and manage contracts and expediting.
- Lead HSE activities, compliance, the Integrated Management System, and department development.
Requirements
- Degree in civil, structural, or building engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in large industrial plant construction, preferably in Energy from Waste or a similar sector, as a Site Engineer, Site Manager, or Commissioning Supervisor.
- Experience with contract coordination and management, HSEQ systems, legal requirements, and management systems; valid SCC or equivalent certification required.
- Confident leadership, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, planning, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent Polish and good command of English and/or German required.
- Confident MS Office use and high flexibility for international travel and extended site assignments across Europe.
