Technical Project Manager (Energy from Waste)

What you will do

• Plan and optimize erection concepts, sequences, schedules, and site infrastructure for Europe-wide execution.
• Manage day-to-day operations and development of KVI-PL, including financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Coordinate workforce deployment, site logistics (accommodation, transport, permits), and IT equipment management.
• Prepare erection offers, negotiate with suppliers, and manage subcontractor contracts and quality control.
• Supervise HSE requirements, compliance, and the Integrated Management System while leading and growing the department.

Requirements

• Degree in civil, structural, or building engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in large industrial plant construction, specifically in Energy from Waste or similar sectors.
• Proven expertise in contract coordination, leadership of HSEQ systems, and knowledge of legal management requirements.
• Fluency in Polish and a good command of English and/or German.
• High flexibility for international travel and extended site assignments across Europe.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a hands-on mentality.

Nice to have

• Chartered Engineer status.
