What you will do

• Manage technical and administrative processes including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
• Build and monitor production budgets, manage invoices, and optimize operational spends.
• Lead due diligence on partners and suppliers, develop long-term deals for geographical expansion.
• Assess technical riders, propose changes aligned with budgets, and identify production efficiencies.
• Serve as point of contact for third parties in event execution and development for Polish market.
• Research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event production industry
• Native/Fluent Polish and strong English; German is a plus
• Strong network of vendors and venues
• Understanding of technical production requirements and familiarity with permitting processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, stay within budget
• Strong communication, data analysis, and project management skills
