What you will do

• Oversee and run all activity on allocated client accounts.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure retention and scope expansion.
• Lead crisis management and escalate when necessary.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for client projects.
• Develop account strategies with the internal team and review regularly.
• Lead new business pitches and line manage the team for career development.

Requirements

• Proven Senior Account Director or Account Director from social-first or creative agency.
• Confident in end-to-end project delivery: timelines, budgets, documentation.
• Strong client relationship builder and strategic partner.
• Inspiring team leader with hands-on management.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and culture.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and resourceful.
