What you will do

  • Own logistics for ~25 conferences and regional events: registrations, booth setup, shipping, swag, travel, and on-site execution.
  • Execute pre-event campaigns for on-site meetings via email outreach, social promotion, and sales coordination.
  • Run post-event follow-ups to convert leads: processing, nurture sequences, and sales handoffs.
  • Process and upload leads to Salesforce with proper attribution.
  • Manage internal events like annual offsite and sales kickoff.
  • Build automated workflows for checklists, vendor comms, lead processing, and reporting using AI.
  • Track event performance, budget, and ROI; research new opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in event coordination, marketing ops, or project management (B2B SaaS a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proactive problem-solving.
  • Comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for automation, communications, and data processing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack, and project tools.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Willingness to travel 6-8 times per year.
