Location: Onsite in Brooklyn Center, MN (minimum 5 days a week)
Salary: $102,400 - $153,600

What you will do
- Lead and execute site-wide continuous improvement initiatives as a Lean Manufacturing change agent.
- Design manufacturing processes, production layouts, and sequences of operations for maximum efficiency.
- Coach and educate practitioners in problem solving and program management.
- Ensure new product introductions (NPI) are designed with Lean principles from the start.
- Verify machinery and tool efficiency, initiating corrective actions to maintain product quality.
- Develop and implement statistical process control techniques for manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or a PhD.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available for this level).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior internal personnel on technical matters.
- Experience in designing industrial layouts and manufacturing procedures.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree.
- Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification (Internal or ASQ).
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and DMAIC/A3 problem-solving analytics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visual Basic.
- Experience in coaching and facilitating groups/teams.
