What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and maintain strict medication accountability.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Collect urine specimens, record results, and monitor physicals and lab work.
• Manage medical supply inventories and receive medication shipments per DEA procedures.
• Collaborate with counselors and the Medical Director regarding patient progress.
• Maintain accurate dosing records and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computing knowledge and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a medical office environment

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction treatment
• Phlebotomist certification
